These terms explain booking, delivery, safe loading, collection and potential additional charges. Please review them before completing an order.

7 days included

Standard hire covers up to seven calendar days.

Choose your waste

Only load materials approved for your selected waste category.

Safe access matters

Keep delivery and collection areas clear and accessible.

Know the charges

Extra days and applicable disposal fees may increase the final cost.

01 Bookings and confirmation

Customers must provide accurate contact information, delivery and collection details, a suitable delivery location and the correct bin size and waste category. Submitting an order does not guarantee that any requested delivery arrangement can be fulfilled; Mr Cleanup will contact the customer if an operational issue affects the booking.

Please review the order confirmation and promptly advise of any errors.

02 Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection occur subject to availability, safe access, operational requirements and agreed booking dates. Customers must ensure that access remains clear for the delivery vehicle, including for collection.

The online booking system does not offer same-day delivery. Saturday delivery may be available, but Saturday collection is not offered. Sunday and public holiday delivery and collection are not available under the current booking arrangements. Any requested date remains subject to final operational confirmation.

03 Bin placement and site access

Customers must identify a safe, accessible placement location and disclose obstacles such as overhead cables, trees, narrow access, steep gradients, soft surfaces or low clearances. The driver may decline an unsafe placement or collection.

If placement on a public road, footpath or other public land requires council or other authority permission, the customer must obtain the necessary permission before delivery unless Mr Cleanup expressly agrees otherwise. A customer should not assume that a booking includes a permit.

Customers should consider protecting suitable surfaces and advising Mr Cleanup of any access concerns beforehand.

04 Permitted and prohibited waste

The permitted contents depend on the waste category selected during booking: General / Light, Vegetation, Mixed, Concrete or Dirt, subject to availability for the selected bin size. Do not place materials from a different category into the bin without approval.

Asbestos, hazardous chemicals, liquids, flammable or explosive materials and other dangerous or regulated waste must not be placed in a bin unless expressly and lawfully accepted in writing. Some items, including tyres, mattresses, TVs and monitors, may be accepted only as declared, separately charged extras where offered at checkout.

Refer to the site's bin-content guidance before loading. If unsure whether an item is accepted, contact Mr Cleanup before placing it in the bin.

05 Safe loading and disposal weight

Do not overload the bin above its upper edge, obstruct safe lifting or load it in a way that creates risk to people, vehicles or property. Heavy materials must only be placed in an appropriate bin and permitted waste category.

Maximum permitted disposal weights vary by bin and waste type. Where an excess-weight charge applies to a booking, the current indicated rate is $300 per tonne of applicable excess weight, subject to client confirmation of the exact thresholds, measurement method and tax treatment before these terms go live.

06 Hire periods and extensions

Standard hire includes up to seven calendar days at the selected bin's base hire price. Longer bookings cost an additional $10 excluding GST ($11 including GST) per extra calendar day from day eight, as shown in the booking and checkout totals.

Extensions or changes requested after the order is placed are subject to availability and confirmation by Mr Cleanup. Customers should contact the team before the scheduled collection date if more time is needed.

07 Additional charges

Additional charges may apply where separately disclosed and relevant to the booking, including declared extra items, additional hire days, applicable excess disposal weight, and the handling of unacceptable material or an unsuccessful collection caused by an unsafe or inaccessible bin.

Client confirmation required: The business must approve any specific contamination, failed delivery, waiting-time, call-out or damage fees (including when and how they are calculated) before adding them to these terms or charging customers. Charges must be disclosed clearly and be consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

08 Changes, cancellations and refunds

To change or cancel a booking, contact Mr Cleanup as early as possible and quote the booking or order number. Availability and any actual work already performed may affect the options available.

Client policy to finalise: Cancellation cut-offs, change fees, and when a refund or credit may be available have not yet been confirmed. No automatic blanket 'no refunds' policy is stated here. Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

09 Payment

Payment methods, amounts and any taxes are shown at checkout. For direct bank transfer, customers must follow the payment details and reference instructions in their order email. Mr Cleanup may need to verify payment before confirming certain bookings.

Do not send full bank account credentials or payment-card details by email.

10 Care of the bin and responsibility

Customers must take reasonable care of the bin while on hire, avoid moving it without permission and promptly notify Mr Cleanup of damage, an incident or a safety concern. Responsibility for an alleged loss or damage should be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law, rather than assumed automatically.

11 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with the hire service, please contact Mr Cleanup so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy considered.

12 Contact and questions
